Before my mom was transferred from hospital to Lifetimes on Riverside, the staff were working diligently behind the scenes to make my mom’s arrival welcoming and supportive. This type of care has continued throughout her time at Lifetimes. I am very thankful to the 3rd floor staff, management and auxiliary services at Lifetimes. My mom has settled in well and is so appreciative of the kindness shown to her. I would highly recommend Lifetimes on Riverside to any family.

My Dad is enjoying every minute of the activities, socializing with fellow residents, the variety of meals and being able to continue with his independence. The staff at the Atrium are incredible as they made my Dad feel valued, cared for and part of the community from day one.

Willoughby Manor is not only charming, inviting and situated by the beauty of historical Chippawa, its staff is one of a kind!! My mother has been there for several years and they have become like family to me, especially Jessica whose energy and smile brightens our day ! Whether it’s visiting my mom to hear local music every Friday at “Happy hour” or hearing her talking about all the friendly residents and staff, it gives my family peace of mind that’s she’s in such good hands at Willoughby Manor ! Looking forward to many more fun events and creating memories with my Mom there !!!

The Teddington is a wonderful building with caring and patient staff. My grandfather stayed at the Teddington for a respite period, the staff and other residents welcomed him with open arms, providing a safe, and very engaging stay.

Care from all staff is excellent and they are all very compassionate, our nurse Robyn is excellent and always cheerful and helpful, I will say the same for our GM as well. This is now my home and it does feel like it is mine. Our home at Oxford Manor is kept very clean and welcoming, my family enjoy coming here to visit me and to be able to have a meal with me in the parlor. We have a lot of activities and excercises that keep us moving and healthy. I would recommend to my friends to come to Oxford Manor to retire and be stress free. I am 86, and this is my forever home. I feel this is a 5 star home

My Mom is 89 and living at the Atrium, it was a big move having lived in Toronto all of her life. We were nervous about the transition but we couldn’t be happier now that she is settled in. We toured every residence in Orillia and the Atrium stood out above and beyond.

I joined my mother at her Lifetimes Tea Party last week and boy were we impressed! Beautiful tea cups and saucers, with floral centrepieces displayed on the tables. All types of tea and freshly baked goods were gracefully served by the Lifetimes team. It really helps the residents and family members get through the long months of winter, Thank you Lifetimes for always going the extra mile to keep our family happy. You do such good work my mom thought she was having tea party in New York!

I would like to express how taken I am with the Atrium. I have been living here since June 2022 and I am impressed with the staff and the food. Laurie & Lana’s activities are wonderful. I was a nursery school teacher for several years in Toronto and find the activities most interesting. All the staff here are very helpful and kind.

The Manor is the most amazing place to be. The staff are amazing. The people that live and work there are the most amazing family. So….. stop by and check it out.
